Dear Katie,

Certainly, I would give Alpine Chimney Sweep an "A+" for doing such a great job and providing more than just satisfactory work, as our overall experience. They care about their customers and want to make sure that their chimney or direct vent gas fireplaces are working in optimal order.

An example of this was when Janie noticed that the front glass of the fireplace was "foggy" on the inside. So, Janie got some Wright's Cook Top cleaner, applied it to the fireplace's double paned glass and wiped the foggy residue off of the inside of the glass, leaving it very clean looking. This cleaning had nothing to do with the remote not working but Janie took the time to show me how to clean the glass in the future. Janie did not charge for this cleaning. She just did it out of courtesy for the customer because I didn't know that it could be wiped clean. The fireplace now looks terrific and the remote works great, thanks to Alpine Chimney.
